Homeschooling during tough times can mean a break for everyone, whereas if you’re trying to homeschool with burn-out, that could mean a break just for you.

There are ways to keep going, without simply pushing through.  It’s time to change how you approach productivity.

I firmly believe that “pushing through” with the daily standards when times are tough doesn’t work well.  We need time and space to process the heart and mind work that is happening, and our children need to see how that looks.

In this episode, I talk about
  • Simplifying down to the bare basics.
  • Being thankful for what you are getting done.
  • Changing what you do challenge yourself to do.
  • Changing how you homeschool.
  • Why going through tough times alongside our children is good for them.

I hope that you’ll tune into this Simple is the New Smart episode, and be encouraged.  You are not alone, and you can do this!
